Snowflower is a great year round family vacation spot. The project is ideally located in the meadow area near Mammoth Creek below the Sherwin Mountains and only a half mile from town. Snowflower #76 is an end unit, in a corner just off of Minaret road where the Red Line shuttle stops in the winter months. This condo is bright and open and is well complimented by the light colored furnishings and new berber carpeting throughout the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with contemporary dishware and some new upgraded appliances. A glass top dining table has room for six and opens up to the large living room complete with two leather sofas and a love seat, a TV with DVD player and a cozy fireplace, it's warm and inviting with plenty of room for the whole family! There is a nice deck off the living area offering a lovely view of the Sherwin Mountains. A spacious loft provides three double beds accompanied by a wood furniture set. The two downstairs bedrooms feature plenty of closet space, their own bathrooms, and attractive bedding. Within the master there is a TV with VCR and a king size bed while the second bedroom has a queen and lets in plenty of sunlight. This unit also features a set of washer and dryers and offers FREE domestic and international long distance to all guests. This unit does not offer internet access.The summer rate is $215 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four or more nights. Winter rates are: $240 midweek, $290 weekend, $335 to $380 holidays per night. Ask about additional discounts. Project Amenities: Easy access to the shuttle, on site barbeque, pool, spa, sauna, and tennis courts.Bed Arrangement: A king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and three doubles in the loft.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
