Silver Bear condos are located on Lakeview Blvd. walking distance to Canyon Lodge ski area. Silver Bear #33 is a luxury two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit that offers comfort and style. This premiere home is open and spacious with lots of windows that look out into the forest. In the living room there is a large sectional sofa, TV with DVD/VCR, Bose stereo with CD player and a cozy gas burning river rock fireplace. The owner has recently redecorated throughout with beautiful new artwork. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped for entertaining. It has modern appliances, tile counters, stylish chrome accents and a large breakfast bar that seats three. There is seating for six in the dining room. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms and generous closet space. The master bedroom has had a facelift with a new pillow top mattress, all new bedding and a new flat screen TV with a DVD player. The second bedroom also has new bedding and a brand new TV with DVD and VCR. A washer/dryer is available in the unit. There is limited parking at Silver Bear. We provide one space in the garage, a second vehicle can park in the outside lot if space is available. Free long distance, fax machine and wireless internet are offered in this unit. The summer rate is $170 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $340, weekend $390, holidays are $450 to $505 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two doubles. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 persons. Amenities include; pool, spa, sauna, laundry facility and a common area BBQ. All of our condos are NON SMOKING.

Smoking Not Allowed

The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
