When we arrived Fri nite, we found there were no pillowcases for the bed upstairs, pillows were in pillow shams. On Saturday, we tried to use TV, found cable not working. Called for assistance, and while someone came fairly quickly they were unable to resolve the problem and we had no TV service while we were there, and manager never called back about the problem. Left another message for the manager when we checked out on Sunday asking about partial refund due to service issues, but she still never called. Very unhappy about this lack of customer service/response, and feel we should have a partial refund on rental fee. Also, cannot understand (and desk clerk at checkout couldn't explain) reason for "linen charge", particularly since towel exchange service wasn't available on site at condo complex, and linens were missing upon arrival. I would appreciate vrAgent pursuing these issues on my behalf if you are interested in my using your services again.
