Payment Policies
Upon making a reservation, we ask for a security deposit to hold the reservation, which is put towards the balance owed, and the final payment is due upon arrival. Our pet friendly homes have an additional $100 refundable security deposit - again all will be refunded if there is no damage done by the pet. There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee which varies according to the size of the unit. All rental information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed and square footage is approximate. Rates are subject to change and do vary according to season. In addition, there is a 7% Deschutes County Room Tax and a 8% Sunriver Recreation and Promotion Fee. Sunset Realty reserves the right to cancel or move any reservation, and amenities are subject to downtime. No refunds will be given for delayed arrival or early departure.
Reservation cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date (30 days for major holidays, July and August), your security deposit will be forfeited. There is $25 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
