The Jacuzzi was no where to be found and I was not given keys to the spa. I tried to call customer service but no one pick up the phone. A major inconvenience. The other thing is the upstair floor squeaks a lot. Sleeping in downstair bedroom can hear every step and sound anyone makes upstairs.

There is a large Westin Hotel under construction right next door to this unit. They started work @7:00am. I think this location will be less desirable next door to busy hotel.
