A sliding glass door from the living room leads to a private balcony with a great view of the Atlantic and a table and four chairs. The kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances and great ocean views. There is also a dining area that seats six. The master suite offers a king bed, TV, VCR wonderful ocean view, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. Both bathrooms have been redone. This villa is perfect for your beach vacation with great views and activities close by!

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
