Make request for the towels in advance. There are different maid services within the complex.

The people at the hotel front desk are not friendly to people who rent this unit. The primary reason is because the rental is done through an agency other then The Village. We were given (2) parking passes at check-in. However,The Village management threatened to tow one of the cars if it wasn't moved from the lot (SEE REASON ABOVE). Also couldn't use the properties concierge or bell hops. Other then the less then friendly hotel staff, the unit is wonderful.
