Cancellations: Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit in full all monies received. Cancellations received 60-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations of more than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
