Indian Peaks Condominiums are located in Fraser, Colorado, just a short drive from the Winter Park Ski Resort. There is a free bus every 30 minutes from the condominium to the Winter Park Ski Resort, or other locations in Fraser and Winter Park. A grocery store, Starbucks, and ski rentals are just minutes away and can be easily accessed by the shuttle bus or on foot.
All units have full kitchen, spacious living area with gas fireplace and cable television with VCR with a second set in the master bedroom. All units have private indoor hot tubs. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath units have a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The units are single level and have either a first, a second or a third level outside entry. The common area has free laundry, sauna and wireless internet if you bring your own laptop. There is a free shuttle that stops at the entrance to the property every half hour during the winter months.
Just 67 miles from Denver, there are many options for transportation. If you don't want to drive, Home James provides comfortable van rides to and from Denver International Airport multiple times daily or you may opt for a new experience and take Amtrak, which also provides train service to Fraser and Winter Park.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit in full all monies received. Cancellations received 60-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations of more than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
