Walk to ski resort was farther than anticipated.
Could easily hear other neighbors.
Could use a few more pans for cooking, and a pizza pan.
Toilet ran continuously.
Wash machine did not fill up all of the way, even on full load.
For the price we paid, I would have expected more.
