Each unit is fully furnished and equipped with a complete kitchen, whirlpool tub in master bath and a washer and dryer in each accommodation. With only four units per floor and secure elevators with privacy codes, you can truly enjoy all Beach Colony Resort and Perdido Key have to offer!

7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday stay required from May 31 to August 2. Call our office for possible exceptions.

Payment Policies

A reservation payment will be required to confirm your reservation. Pointe South must receive this deposit within ten (10) days from the date we take the reservation. This may be paid by cash, personal check, traveler's checks, bank money orders, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express). The amount of deposit required is typically 35% of the total rental amount, but may vary. The full amount of the reservation deposit will be credited towards your rent at check-in. Some properties require additional payments and balances paid in full prior to arrival. Reservations made under false pretenses of any kind will result in the forfeiture of the reservation/damage deposit and eviction.

Rental charges are payable in full at or before check-in. We accept cash, traveler's checks, bank money orders, personal checks with proper identification, and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express). Credit cards are not accepted for monthly rentals. All rental payments will be deposited into an interest bearing escrow account, and any interest earned will accrue to Pointe South. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

A non-refundable administration fee will be charged to all reservations. The fee includes a Reservation Processing fee and a Damage Waiver fee. This fee covers $2000 of unintentional damage that is promptly reported, and will be in lieu of a damage deposit.

A $40 cancellation fee will be charged on all canceled reservations. Your reservation deposit will be refunded, except for this Cancellation Fee and nonrefundable Administration Fee, if you notify Pointe South of your cancellation thirty (30) days prior to your original check-in date for daily or weekly stays, ninety (90) days in advance for monthly rentals or specified properties. If you do not cancel your reservation within these time frames or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit. Pointe South offers Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance, which alters the above policy.
