The unit was in very rough shape. Numerous veritical blinds were missing slats, including the blinds in my children's bedroom, allowing people outside the unit to see in their room. The telephone did not work until Tuesday. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The second shower head leaked. The power light on the oven would not turn off. The sliding glass door would not lock. The storm door was missing a slat and the main door was warped so badly that it was difficult to shut. A handle to the main bedroom door was missing a screw and repeatedly fell off. One chair had a filthy stain. Fortunately, the unit had a view of the ocean. The furniture, including the beds, were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very quiet.
