The floors had not been mopped in the kitchen or bathroom. There were food crumbs on the placemats on the table. The bathtub was nasty, due to the fact the drain was stopped up. We unstopped the drain and cleaned the tub. Other than the cleaning issues, the condo was a great value and we enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again next year.

It would have been nice when we were checking in after hours if our keys had been at the Gulf Shores Office. We had to wait for a locksmith to come open the door to our condo at 4am, and then nobody apologigized for anything the next day when we had to go pick up the keys for our unit at the Orange Beach office. I thought this was rude.
