when we arrived at 2:40, the key could not be issued until 3. we had planned on eating a late lunch at the condo but instead went down the street to arby's. yum! when we were given the key and arrived at the condo after 3:30, the condo was not clean. as a matter of fact, it was disgustingly filthy! it did not get cleaned until 5:30. this has never happened to me before and it was a HUGE disappointment and embarrassment since i had made the arrangements. what a horrible 1st impression. feel free to call me at 985-643-4034 so i can explain the situation in detail.
