the only problems we experienced were with the elevator and the third floor parking entrance door to the elevator lobby. The elevator had broke down one day and it seemed a third of our stay only one worked. We also could not access one of the doors into the third floor elevator lobby with our key.

Property was described to have High Speed Internet access but did not. This was an important feature to me because I am a small business owner and had to handle payroll during my vacation via the Internet. It took about a half dozen phone calls and a trip to Century 21's registration building only to find out that "our unit" was not equipped for the internet. I ended up using the ground telephone line (1-800 toll free number to my ISP) to connect and perform the tasks. And then upon check out rather than apologizing for the inconvenience they wanted to charge me more for the outgoing toll free charges. We ended up staying a few more nights in a new condo just down the road and had better experience there.
