This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2nd floor villa is just moments away from the beautiful Atlantic. 30 steps lead you to the entry where you will find tile flooring throughout the common living areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped with room for 4 at an eat-in bar. The dining room seats 6 and opens to a living room with a couch, loveseat, chair, ottoman, TV, and VCR. A wrap around screened porch off the living area has a table for 6, a childrens? table for 2, and sitting area with wicker furniture. The spacious master suite has a king bed, door to the porch, and a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. Each bedroom has a private bath, a TV, and VCR. You will find everything you need in these deluxe accommodations.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
