This wonderfully appointed Hilton Head Island villa has twelve steps to its entrance. The kitchen is beautifully crafted with an eat-in bar for three. The dining area seats eight. It opens to the living room with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, TV, VCR, DVD player, and CD player. Doors from this room lead to a screened-in porch with a direct view of the pool. The large porch has a dining table for four, two rockers, and additional table with two chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed,TV, DVD player and access to the screened-in porch. The spacious private bathroom has a large jetted tub and walk-in shower. A powder room is located in the hallway off the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
