You will enjoy the great golf course views from this 2 story townhome. This property features a living room with a sleeper sofa and TV/VCR, dining room with seating for six and kitchen on the first floor. There is also a spacious deck overlooking the golf course with four chairs, small table and a lounge chair. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. A loft on the second floor features a sectional sleeper sofa and overlooks the living area. The master suite is on the second floor and features golf views. This bedroom is furnished with a King bed, TV and private bathroom.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
