HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This spacious two-master suite home is only a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Hilton Head Island. Located on a peaceful lagoon with a private pool area overlooking the lagoon, this home will make your next beach getaway one to remember. You enter a beautifully appointed living room with a vaulted ceiling and large windows overlooking the pool and lagoon. This room has a large-screen TV and a surround-sound DVD/CD/VCR/MP3/AM-FM player-receiver. Off the living room is a deck area that is shaded by surrounding oak trees. The area has tables, chairs, and a grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen opens up to the dining/living area and is fully equipped with all the appliances you?ll need. There is a large eat-in bar area with five stools and a spacious dining area with seating for ten. Double doors lead to the first master suite, which is located on the first floor and has a spectacular view of the pool area and lagoon. This room is furnished with a king bed and TV with DVD player. The room has a large walk-in closet and private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower. Seven steps up and through a second set of double doors is the spacious second master suite containing a king bed, TV, DVD player, desk, queen-size sleeper sofa, and private bathroom. Up nine more steps are two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV, DVD player, private bathroom, and view of the pool area and lagoon. One has two twin beds and the other has two double beds. This secluded vacation spot features large, open, sunny rooms, fabulous views, and wireless Internet service, all in a wonderful setting on Hilton Head Island! *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional charge.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
