This three bedroom, three bath townhouse is located just over 200 yards to the Atlantic Ocean and only steps away from the swimming pool. The villa has a fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen. The dining area has a large oak table and six chairs. The living area has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, VCR and DVD. Sliding glass doors lead to patio with four chairs and a small table. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed, TV, double closet, private bath and a slider to the patio. You can see the pool from this bedroom. There are two upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath and slider to balcony with two chairs and a table. The third bedroom has a two twin beds, TV, private bath and slider to private balcony. The villa is 1665 square feet, is close to the pool and all rooms have landscape views.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
