The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD as well as a private bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, DVD, and a full bath that is accessible from the bedroom or hallway. This nicely appointed villa is just a short drive to the beach and Harbourtown. Three tennis courts and a pool are also on site.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
