Off the living room is a dining room for 10. The kitchen has oceanviews a TV, a 30 ft butcher block and everything you will need for a gourmet meal. The kitchen table seats 6. All the beds are furnished with temperpedic mattresses. The master suite features a king bed, TV, VCR, DVD, and access to an expansive oceanfront deck. This suite also has a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Also on first floor - laundry room with washer,dryer and 2nd refrigerator with large capicity ice maker.
16 steps lead to the 2nd floor where you will find 4 more bedrooms and a kitchenette with ice maker, 3rd refrigerator, microvave and dishwasher. The first second floor bedroom has 2 day beds, a TV, VCR, DVD, and private bath. This room has an outstanding view of the Atlantic. The second has a unique set up?here, you will find a single bed by the window, and a round bed in the center or the room. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
