This three bedroom villa is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. The kitchen has all of the major appliances including a stackable washer and dryer in a nearby closet. The dining room seats six and has a door to the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. There is a sectional sofa in the living room along with a TV/VCR. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, TV and private bath with jetted garden tub and separate shower. Seventeen steps lead to the second floor with two more bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a full bath. The third bedroom has twin beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. This great townhouse is just a few steps from the Huntington pool area.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
