Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, spa tub and barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes.
This fourth floor 2-bedroom villa is stylishly decorated with all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen has all updated appliances and tile floors. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The nicely appointed dining room has seating for six. The living room has a regular sofa and sleeper sofa with two oversized chairs looking out to the ocean. There is also an armoire with a flat screen TV, DVD and VCR. A large window offers a great view of the Atlantic. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony area with 4 chairs and a small table. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and great ocean views. A private bath offers a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private bath with a jetted tub/ shower combination. A sliding glass door leads to the balcony area, which offers great ocean views. This property is also equipped with wireless internet for guests use at no additional charge.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
