The living room has hardwood floors, two sofas, plasma TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system. The sliders lead out to the deck with charcoal grill and table for 4 plus plenty of additional seating to enjoy lovely views of the Fazio golf course. There is also a den off the kitchen with a sofa and slider to the deck. The first bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed, TV, VCR and private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom three. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, plasma TV and private bath with tub/shower combo. Only a short stroll to the beach and access to the Fazio pool make this a great location for your family's next trip!

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
