This two bedroom villa is on the fourth floor, overlooking the pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances and a full size washer and dryer. The dining room table seats six. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat and TV/VCR. A sliding glass door leads to the oceanfront balcony with unbeatable views of the Atlantic. In the master suite you will find a king bed, TV, private bath and a great ocean view. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. This great Hilton Head villa is approximately 1400 square feet.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
