1. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. For 4 people, this wasn't enough, so we had to go out and buy more.
2. The washing machine broke down. Could have been the breaker got tripped, but we were unable to get it going. So, we had to wear our dirty ski clothes for a second day. YUCK!
3. The lights in the living room didn't work well. The actual light switch got hot to the touch, and all the lights would turn off when this happened. They would come back on when the light switch cooled down which could be indicative of a safety issue you may want to address.
4. Lastly, we were taken back by the note asking us to take out our garbage, clean our dishes, and do a load of laundry of towels and stating that we would incur additional cleaning if we did not comply. That wasn't a nice thing to leave for one's guests. In my agreement, I had already paid $70.00 for cleaning, and that should definitely be enough for someone to take out my trash, clean my dishes, and provide clean towels. So, I was a tad insulted by the note.
