Kitchen is newly remodeled with gas stove, electric oven, granite counters, dishwasher, and plenty of storage with dining table and access to a sunny, fenced back yard /deck. Deck has patio table and built in bench facing the ocean. Great for sitting or lying out! Charcoal BBQ, and views of the beach and the ocean. Laundry room doubles as a bathroom, which has a claw-foot bathtub with shower. Narrow rounded staircase dead ends to two bedrooms. Master (Queen Bedroom) has a narrow room for extra storage with views from all windows. Second (Double Bedroom) has slanted attic ceiling with views of the back yard and ocean. Your front yard area has a little patio area with seating. Parking for 2 small cars or 1 large SUV in the rock driveway. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
