This is a two-story home sitting right on the beach with a beautifully landscaped back yard/patio facing the ocean. The Aquarius features two decks that face the ocean, one deck with a hot tub. Home is equipped with a CD player, two TV's (Living Room TV is High Def. Wide Screen), two VCR players, DVD player, IMac Computer with printer, DSL and Wifi with computer in kitchen. Extra large kitchen has a gas stove & oven, griddle, microwave, and dishwasher. Yard/patio has hammocks, Adirondack chairs and chimanea for cozy fires. For your convenience, there is an outside shower, washer and dryer, and a charcoal BBQ. Driveway parking for at least 4 cars. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
