This home has been extensively remodeled with new carpet, tile floors, bathrooms, couches and other furniture appointments (imported French pine furniture). The large master bedroom has a small patio, bathroom, and a small office area. The downstairs is where the living room, kitchen and dining room are located and they are all open to one another for easy conversations. Located upstairs there are two bedrooms and one bath. In the room with the four twins there is also a game table and cable TV.
For bigger groups, this home is next door to the across the street from the Pezzola home and a few doors down from the Lange and Benedicty homes.
All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except Gilad home), and barbeque. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to make the home beautiful for our incoming guests.
