The dishwasher was broken; backed up with dirty smelly water when we opened it so could not use. Left a message but nothing was done. also glass globe in dining room light fixture was missing...
As a rental property owner myself, I believe these sorts of things are inexcusable.

After I locked my keys in the room, I called Mammoth reservations and asked for help in opening the door. I was promised repeatedly, that someone was comming. After six phone calls, and 3 hours, they finally let me into my room.

The unit was very nice and clean. The only problem were very noisy heaters that were waking us up through the night. Also, the sofa bed was broken.
