Nice and quiet place. Located ~5 min walk from the green shuttle stop. The place had a huge living room with fireplace (needs some time to get familiar with when starting fire - keep the glass door slightly open for better draft) and 2 balconies (one open and one covered). Kitchen was fairly well-equipped. The place was clean, but the carpet in the living area could be newer. 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms for some unknown reason had barely noticeable tilt so you ended up sleeping with your legs higher than your heads. Both people sleeping in this room woke up with bad headache next morning likely because of this tilt. On the following night they turned 180 degrees and felt just fine. Also I suggest leaving the door in this room slightly open and turn the heater to ~60 degrees. The bathrooms seemed to be clean and in decent shape. The hot water production was sufficient for using the showers at the same time (unlike some other places).
