This mountain getaway is the perfect place to enjoy year-round Mammoth adventure! Snowcreek #320 has plenty of space for two families with three full bedrooms, a loft and three full bathrooms. This home will sleep up to ten people comfortably. Dowstairs in the master bedroom there is a queen size bed, TV/DVD/VCR, lots of mirrored closets and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom has all new oak furnishings, new king size bed, tons of closet space, TV with DVD/VCR and an attached bath. Each has an outside deck with awesome views of Mammoth Mountain and lots of grass around for the kids to play on. The third bedroom is also downstairs and has a huge log queen size bunk bed and cute mountain decor. Upstairs the loft sleeps four comfortably. It has a nice student desk and also has a TV/DVD/VCR. The living room is spacious with open beam ceilings, a large rock fire place, beautiful new furnishings, over sized sectional couch, TV/VCR/DVD and a deck with some of the best views in Mammoth. The unit has new carpet, great local artwork and special personal touches throughout. Snowcreek is located in the meadow right on Mammoth Creek, the bike path runs along-side, through aspen trees into town and the spa is just steps from your front door. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit required when booking this unit. Free long distance is offered with this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.Property Amenities- Snowcreek offers a centrally located spa and sauna. Use of the Snowcreek Athletic Club is NOT included with this unit. You can purchase a day pass at Snowcreek Athletic Club, children are $13 and adults are $20 per day.The summer rate for this unit is $295 per night with discounts of 10-30% for four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $340, weekend $400, holidays $470 to $525 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials!

Smoking Not Allowed

The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
