This end unit has beautiful views and is conveniently located just off the second tee of the Sierra Star Golf Course and is just ten minutes from the high speed six passenger chair lift, Eagle Express. Mammoth Green 101 is decorated with new Mission style furnishings, Craftsman light fixtures and special personal touches throughout. The kitchen has new GE appliances, ceramic tile counters & floors, beautiful maple cabinetry and there is also a gas grill on the deck. Each bedroom is handsomely decorated. The master bedroom has a new king size bed, attached bath with a large shower while the second bedroom has two twins. Guests are provided with FREE long distance while they stay in this unit. The rec area is inviting with a large pool and spa over looking the golf course. This unit has covered parking for one car and one space outside for a second car. The garage is nearby but not attached to the building where the unit is located. A bike storage area is located in the garage, a personal lock is required. This unit does not offer internet access.The summer rate is $195 per night with discounts of 10-30% for four nights or more. Winter late season rates are; midweek $285, weekend $325, holidays range from $375 to $435 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
