Sofa didn't seem to be very clean. A light bulb was out.

The condo we rented last year would sleep 2 in bed and 2 on the sofa, maybe. I would not indicate sleeps 4.

JS was really noisy on Friday night with a entire school staying there. Kids were running and yelling late at night in the hall. Throwing snow balls and being mean at the pool.
We have stayed at JS many times...They seemed overwhelmed but this large group.
