The heating system is rather archaic. The heater is either on or off. The thermostat doesn't seem to work very well.

1) We had problem with the key, it did not work on the door and the onsite property manager said he did not have keys. The onsite property manager was rude and of absolutely no help. This is the first onsite manager of any property we have stayed at that did not have duplicate keys to th unit. 2) The pullout couch mattress was TOTAL unexceptable and MUST be replaced.
Because of the onsite manager I would not stay at this property again.

Shower head need to be fixed. It was too ow and did not stay in the bracket which is vey difficlut to take shower. Toilet flapper did not work well, water was leaking each flush. The unit is very nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. e will rent this unit again for our next ski trip in Mammoth. Thank you.
