Payment Policies
Payment is accepted in the form of personal check, traveler checks, money order or by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. A $300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This is normally collected over the phone by the reservation agent. Payment in full is required thirty days prior to arrival. If this is not received, your reservation is at risk of being canceled with no further notice.
The reservation deposit will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee, if you cancel no later than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. In the event you cancel within 45 days of arrival there will be no deposit refund. For reservations made within 45 days of arrival, payment in full is due in order to confirm the reservation. Once full payment has been made it is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-rent the property for some, or all, of the time you committed to it. A cancellation becomes effective from the date that is received in writing, fax or e-mail.
