This home was fully renovated in 2004 complete with pergo flooring, vaulted ceiling, and gas fireplace to name a few of the features. Don't forget that you are poolside as well. Step right outside your front door and relax by the pool. Please note: the grill is a gas grill shared with 2 other units 20 feet from the front door of the rental. Payment Policies
If paying by cash or check:
With your signed lease return of the full amount within 7 days of your receipt. Not doing so results in a cancellation of your reservation and assessment of cancellation fees. If a check is returned to Seaside from your bank, Seaside will assess a $50 administrative fee.
New! Paying by cash or personal check entitles you to a 5% discount.
If paying by credit card:
Return the signed lease within 7 days of your receipt; Seaside will then charge the first 1/2 rent to your credit card. Not doing so results in a cancellation of your reservation and assessment of cancellation fees.
The remaining is due 6 weeks prior to the rental date. Any rentals made within 6 weeks of the rental date, must be paid in full immediately. Once reservations are made, all monies are non-refundable.
If you are paying via check or credit card and we do not receive your payment within 7 days of receiving your lease, your credit card will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee and your booking will be cancelled.
All reservations are final; there are no cancellations other than the above. Since we act as brokers between owners and guests, rental monies pass from us to owners once you rent. Therefore, all monies are non-refundable.
