First bedroom is off the living room and kitchen with 2 twin beds and access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and a second door to the living room. When walking upstairs, you will find a little 'Cubby room' with a single twin bed (great for children). Stairs lead right to the Master bedroom with Queen bed, gas fireplace, stereo, TV with cable and VCR player, windows facing ocean and door opening to small corner deck--great for sea air breeze. Master bath has a double headed, hand held, shower and built in drawers in hallway. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!

A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
