If you stay at Manulele between mid-November and mid-July, you will be serenaded and entertained by the Laysan albatross ("moli" in Hawaiian) that nest there, often in the back yard at Manulele. From the north lanai, you will have a great view of the popular gathering area for the moli.
These endangered birds arrive and begin mating in November, lay eggs in January, and hatch in February. The hatchlings begin waddling around in April and May and start to practice flying in July. Songbirds of various types are numerous year round. Plovers and sandpipers from Alaska are present during the arctic winter.

Payment Policies
Rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
Except for Christmas bookings, with a 60-day written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $75 processing fee. If less than 60 days' written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 30 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
