The living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as the main lanai, are located on the upper level. Both the vaulted-ceiling living and dining rooms are warm and relaxing and the main lanai has lush greenery views of the fourth hole of the Makai Golf Course, as well as Hihimanu mountain in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The bedrooms are located on the lower level. The master bedroom boasts a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, with a full private bath suite attached. Off the master bedroom is a ground-floor lanai featuring a relaxing porch swing as well as your own small and secluded yard overlooking a lush valley filled with banana trees and tropical foliage. The guest bedroom has a completely private garden view and a comfortable queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

The charming town of Hanalei, with its wonderful beaches, small shops and restaurants is only three miles from Princeville. Three beaches are within walking distance of the house, and all the other North Shore beaches are only a short ride away.

Rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
Except for Christmas bookings, with a 60-day written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $75 processing fee. If less than 60 days' written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 30 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
