The living room features a large, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. The home has an open floor plan into the kitchen and dining areas, making it the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The kitchen features a bay garden window, granite counters, stainlees steel gas range and fridge. This opens into the dining area with a large table to comfortably seat 8! There is also a half bath and access to the garage with washer and dryer on the first floor. The second level has the Master Bedroom with seating area, Queen Bed, built in dressers and it's own private bathroom with glassed in shower. Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
