Miles of flat beach to play, walk, jog, boogie board or just relax on the deck and watch the wildlife go by.... Sunsets are awesome from the deck or inside the living room. Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
